It's a car park!!
Used cruse parking several times and found the service very good, no waiting around friendly staff and the drivers do the heavy lifting (cases.) We booked again in June 2017 through the website and was told they had moved but still in the same area. When we got there (and it took some finding) it was a different company (Penguin Parking) apparently cruise parking had lost there land and were passing customer bookings to Penguin. It was total chaos we had to wait 30 mins then was told to walk with our case's to a coach parked some distance from the pick up point. the ground is uneven rubble and was very difficult dragging two heavy cases. On our return we had to confirm embarkation 48 hrs beforehand by phone not easy when you are at sea with no phone connection. We had over 30 mins wait outside the port terminal for the minibus to arrive. Will not use them again.
